The Gold S9V2-VS furnace is more efficient in both heating and cooling, offers quiet operation, and maintains the DNA that American Standard is known for: quality and reliability. The S9V2 is rated at 97% gas efficiency (AFUE) providing energy savings in both winter AND summer. The S9V2-VS furnace includes a variable speed draft inducer.  With stainless steel primary and secondary heat exchangers you can count on a consistent flow of warm, comfortable air with quiet operation.
